How many canapés per guest?
The question we get asked most. Use this as a starting point and we will fine-tune it with you.

The bar
A bar at any level, served properly.
Whether you want a glass of fizz on arrival or a full cocktail bar running all night, we build the bar around your event. You tell us the feel. We bring the team, the stock and everything behind it.
Bartenders, glassware, ice and clearing away are all part of the service.
