This website is operated by Red Amaranth. These terms and conditions set out the standard terms for the provision of all event and catering services to consumers by the catering provider.
They apply to all bookings, orders, and service agreements unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Booking and payment:
1.a. A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required upon booking to secure our catering services for the specified date and time.
1.b. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
1.c. Payments can be made via bank transfer. - Cancellation and refunds:
2.a. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
2.b. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment. - Menu selection:
3.a. The client must confirm the final menu selection and any dietary requirements at least 10 days before the event.
3.b. Any changes to the menu within 3 days of the event may be subject to additional charges. - Guest count:
4.a. The client must provide a final guest count at least 10 days before the event.
4.b. Any increase in guest count within 3 days of the event may be subject to additional charges. - Venue and Facilities:
5.a. The client is responsible for securing and providing access to the venue for catering setup and service.
5.b. Adequate kitchen facilities and equipment must be available at the venue, or arrangements for catering equipment must be made in advance. - Health and Safety:
6.a. The catering company adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.
6.b. The client is responsible for informing the catering company of any allergies or dietary restrictions among the guests. - Damages and Losses:
7.a. The client is responsible for any damages to catering equipment or property caused by guests.
7.b. The client is liable for the replacement cost of any catering equipment or items lost during the event. - Force Majeure:
8.a. The catering company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts
of nature, war, or government regulations. - Governing Law:
9.a. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. - Changes to Terms:
10.a. The catering company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
By booking our catering services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
